Pinner salon is nominated for three awards

It’s been a busy and exciting time for the Pinner salon, with Darren Ambrose being nominated for British Hairdresser of the Year in the British Hairdressing Awards followed up by this week’s announcement of Creative Head magazine’s shortlist for both the Most Wanted and It List awards. Director Darren Ambrose is nominated for the Most Wanted Creative Talent individual award which will be awarded to a stylist who demonstrates exceptional skill and ability in all aspects of their career. European Technical artistic director Abby Smith is nominated for the Most Wanted Colour Expert award which celebrates a senior colourist who displays a creative approach to colour both in the salon and on shoots. Finally artistic director Luke Benson has been nominated for IT Guy in the It List Awards which showcases the hottest hairdressing talent under the age of 30. The awards celebrate the newest bright young things in the industry. Now in their 13th year, the Most Wanted awards, which are judged by hair, fashion and business icons, and attract nominations from the beauty directors of leading magazines including InStyle, ELLE and Vogue, celebrate the incredible individuals and talented teams working in the £6bn-a-year UK hairdressing industry. The awards will take place on September 1 at London’s Tate Modern hosted by comedian and actor Jack Whitehall.
