Two men were arrested in St Albans on Saturday evening (March 5) after an alleged verbal altercation which then became physical.
Police were called at around 11.15pm on March 5 to reports of an assault in Victoria Street in St Albans.
It was alleged that a number of people became involved in a verbal altercation inside the Slug and Lettuce bar, which then turned into a physical altercation.
Police attended and arrested two men on suspicion of assault, who were taken to custody. They were later released with no further action due to a lack of evidence.
