The team behind the monthly Music in Pinner Series 2023-24 is now looking forward to the upcoming Pinner Music Festival.
Pinnernews spoke to Anthony Pinching, director of the Music in Pinner Series, about the most recent edition of the event.
He said: “The monthly Music in Pinner Series 2023-24 was great! Quintet-à-Tête opened with jazz, a fine ensemble and fresh improvisations.
“Virtuoso pianist Patrick Hemmerlé played with sensitivity, and the Nat Steele Quartet portrayed the modern jazz quartet as stylish and skilled.
“Scott Hamilton Quartet’s eloquent style reflected musical friendships, and Ensemble Hesperi bloomed in joyous Baroque works. Classical themes were inventively transformed by The Dominic Alldis Trio. Solarek Piano Trio played lovely works with aplomb.”
The team now look to the popular annual Pinner Music Festival, which takes place from June 10 to 15. Residents can enjoy an interview from Petroc Trelawny of BBC Radio 3, as well as performances from the Pinner Parish Church Choir, the Royal Academy of Music Harp Ensemble, and many more.
