A BBC Radio 1 DJ who took part in a 500-kilometre cycle journey for charity passed through Kings Langley as part of her route.
Mollie King, best known as a singer in girl group The Saturdays, embarked on the Pedal Power challenge from March 11 to 15.
Despite having never ridden her bike on public roads before, Mollie cycled from Broadcasting House in London to Hull via Manchester. Her route took her through winding country roads and busy towns, including the streets of Kings Langley on the first day.
She completed the challenge in memory of her late father, who passed away after being diagnosed with a brain tumour last year, and raised more than £1million for Comic Relief.
Speaking on Radio 1, Mollie said: “This week has been time for me to think about what’s happened, to think about my dad and to process the fact that everyone’s donated so much.
“I wish I could thank everybody individually.”
