A man wanted in connection with the murder of 34 – year-old Arulchelvan ‘Nick’ Prasanna, a father from Watford, in May 2013 has been arrested.
Michael McInerney, 33, of no fixed abode was arrested at an address in Corby, Northamptonshire this morning following a joint operation between detectives from the Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire Major Crime Unit and assistance from Northamptonshire Police. He was arrested under a European arrest warrant and will appear at Luton Magistrates Court this morning charged with the murder. Three further men were also arrested this morning on suspicion of assisting an offender.
