Man stabbed outside McDonalds on Watford High Street (flyover end)

An area outside McDonalds on Watford High Street was cordoned off this afternoon after a man was stabbed in a fight.

Officers were called shortly after 2pm. A 23 year old man has stab wounds to his wrist and has been taken to hospital. Officers remain at the scene at this time.

The two suspects are both described as black, aged around 15 years old and of a skinny build.

Watford Chief Inspector Matt Phillips said: “We believe this to be an isolated incident. We take incidents like these extremely seriously and have launched an investigation to establish the circumstances of what happened. If you have any information that can help please do not hesitate to get In touch.”
