A man was arrested, and suspected cocaine were recovered during a warrant in Watford on Saturday, June 25.
The operation was carried out by officers from Hertfordshire Constabulary’s Operational Support Group, alongside officers from the local Watford Safer Neighbourhood Team.
A premises in Southwold Road was searched following intelligence around drug criminality, and more than six kilograms of suspected class A drugs, scales and vacuum packing equipment were seized, a man was also arrested.
Tyler Mcannon, 26, from Watford, was arrested and subsequently charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A (cocaine) and remanded into custody.
Inspector Vicki Richards, from the Operational Support Group said: “Drugs are often the catalyst for many other serious crimes which cause fear among local communities.
“Residents rightly ask us to take action against those who are involved and I want to reassure people that their voices are being heard. We’re committed to doing all we can to make Hertfordshire a hostile place for criminals to operate.
