A lucky home customer has won £10,000 worth of upgrade options on her new property development in Kings Langley.
Secondary school teacher, Molly Fielding won the upgrade options on her new property at the homebuilder’s Kings Gate development, after entering a competition reserving her new home in January.
The new upgrade means she can customise the interiors to suit her personal style. Molly chose the two-bedroom spacious Wagtail house type and has decided on upgrading the kitchen and bathroom along with luxury flooring throughout and adding outside lighting.
Speaking on her win, Molly said: “I decided to use most of the £10,000 to upgrade my kitchen as the Wagtail has an open-plan kitchen-diner which is where I will spend most of my time. Following this, I decided on bathroom upgrades as I wanted to have the fixtures and fittings that suited me best.”
