It was the lights, camera and of course action that propelled former theatre student Miriam into her current career.
She has come full circle after being appointed principal of Radlett Stagecoach Performing Arts last summer. She now shares this role while leading two other schools.
Discovering her love of theatre as a child, she went on to graduate from the Guildford School of Acting and now brings that same passion to Radlett Stagecoach.
Recently reflecting on her admirable career, Miriam remembered her time at the Harpenden branch: “I was once that child counting down to Saturday morning, and now I get to create that same magic for the next generation.
“What makes Stagecoach Radlett special is that the children are growing as individuals in a safe, loving environment where they feel comfortable being themselves.”
Now an inspiration to over 600 students, Miriam says that watching her pupils shine in what they do has made her fall in complete love in the role all over again.
