The return of the annual Moor Park 10 & More saw cheers, medals and thousands of feet confidently crossing the finish line.
The run celebrated its 24th year on Sunday, September 28. Those who completed the feat were gifted a 2025 Moor Park medal.
This year, it was Merchant Taylors’ Prep School in Northwood who were announced as the top fundraiser for Mount Vernon Cancer Centre, as over 150 students, staff and parents got stuck in and helped to raise more than £3,000.
Seven-year-old Dylan, who attends St Martin’s Prep School in Northwood, also took part in the race and raised a mighty £2,000.
So far, the race has raised over £39,000 for Mount Vernon Cancer Centre and Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre.
A spokesperson for the Moor Park 10 & More said: “Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre is not a clinical environment; it gives you comfort, a sanctuary, a safe space in a time of uncertainty.
“A huge congratulations to Hari McNulty (Year 2) from Merchant Taylors’ for an incredible achievement, coming first in the U7 category!”
