Ruislip Cricket Club are a team with a longstanding history in the local area, having been founded in 1959, though it took another 12 years before they took the name most familiar to people.
Junior and senior teams both play as part of the club, with the 2022 cricket season now in full swing for all sides.
Club secretary Neil Smith said: “We’re a friendly and welcoming club that is always looking for new members.
“We’ve recently grown our adults section and I’m pleased to report we are able to re-enter a team in the Chess Valley Sunday league for the first time since 2015.
Both Saturday teams have started the league season with mixed results, they currently occupy the mid-table places, but we hope to push on and get promoted.”
