A woman from Kings Langley has appeared at St Albans Magistrates’ Court after being charged with two offences under the Animal Welfare Act 2006.
On Wednesday, July 30, Rachel Wiseman, the owner of a dog daycare, appeared in court charged with looking after dogs without a licence and failing to meet animal needs.
Mrs Wiseman entered a plea of guilty to operating without the correct authority and not guilty to failing to meet the needs of animals under her care.
There will be another hearing on Monday, February 9.
Mrs Wiseman was remanded on condition of bail.
