Inspired by her scenic strolls in the area, a Ruislip author’s latest novel, The Secret of Whylder Wood, has found a new home inside a charming red phone box on Eastern Avenue in Pinner.
The beloved Pinner and Eastcote Bookhub is a mini library for all ages, offering everything from toddler tales to teen dramas and gripping adult fiction.
It has become a magical place where bookworms can swap finished adventures for new journeys.
On Wednesday, July 9, Elaine Ramsey and her daughter stopped by to donate copies of her new, captivating book.
The bookhub shared: “[It was] so lovely to meet her and her daughter.”
And that’s not all – “fabulous” award-winning author of The Appeal Janice Hallett also donated some signed copies of her books to the hub.
The bookhub is open every day from 9.30am until it gets dark and residents are invited to go along and get their hands on their next summer read – or leave some behind for fellow readers!
