Immanuel College held its annual sponsored walk in Cassiobury Park, Watford last week. The walk coincided with the festival of Purim so the students and teachers all took part in fancy dress. This year Immanuel College students chose to raise money for a training suite for Magen David Adom volunteers in Israel, some of whom came to the school to address the students. Mrs Amdurer, deputy head of Middle School, said: “Charity work plays a large part of the Immanuel College communal life and the walk was a memorable team-building experience. Everyone had a wonderful time, spirits were high and the sun shone!”
