Officers investigating an incident of indecent exposure in Hemel Hempstead are releasing an image of a man they would like to speak to as part of their enquiries.
The incident took place at 11.45am on Sunday, September 8 in Grovehill Playing Fields in Washington Avenue.
A mother was watching her children playing in the fields from her car when she was approached by a man who exposed himself to her by the driver side window.
PC Amy Tilson from the Hemel Hempstead Intervention Team, who is investigating, said: “We’d like to speak to the man pictured as we believe he may have been in the area around the time of the offence and may have information that can assist the investigation.
“We have carried out extensive enquiries in our efforts to identify this individual and now I am appealing for the public’s help.”
