The Tudors have appointed former Concord Rangers manager Sammy Moore following the mutual departure of Joe Deeney.

Sammy is joined by his Concord partner Jack Midson as player/assistant manager. Jack played for The Tudors in 2004 when he was on a loan from Dagenham and Redbridge.

The duo took Concord to the play-offs in their first year in charge at Step 2 having also had a good season previously at Leatherhead.

In a statement the club said: “Sammy and Jack take over from Joe Deeney who has departed the club by mutual consent. We would like to thank Joe for his work and dedication whilst at the club. Joe came in at a difficult time and stabilised the club giving 100 per cent. Everyone wishes him the very best for the future.”
