Abbots Langley library is celebrating its 40th anniversary this week with residents invited to join in the celebrations.
The library located on the High Street in the village, will be hosting events throughout this week until Saturday (April 9) to celebrate the milestone.
Residents can pop into the library for a cuppa and a chat whilst sharing their fond memories of the library and the village from over the years since its opening in 1982.
These memories and photos will then be displayed on the new memories board in the library.
The library will also be hosting a Storytime for Under Fives drop-in session this afternoon (April 5) from 2.15-2.45pm.
The library is open:
Monday & Thursday 13.00 – 18.00
Tuesday & Friday 09.30- 18.00
