A gymnastics group from Watford are offering free PE sessions to help young people keep active throughout lockdown.
The Acrotrix group classes take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 3.15pm, led by coaches Peter and Summer.
Coach Peter Pearson told WatfordNews: “It started when we looked at what Joe Wicks, the father of PE, is doing and thought, why don’t we, as a brand, give back to kids and parents and create a nice easy way to keep fit and have fun at the same time.
“Kids can learn some new skills in the way of fitness and gymnastics. Everything can be done in the living room at home and it’s gone well so far.
“The classes are suitable for reception year upwards, it’s a bit of fun to learn basic gymnastics, get a feel for it if you’ve never done it before.
“Or if you have done it before, you can maintain, pick up some skills from where you left off, the free classes get students back into the swing of things and improve flexibility and strength.”
You can watch back previous classes or stream live on the Acrotrix Team YouTube channel.
