Published on: 3rd April 2023   |   By: Bryn Holmes   |   Category: Uncategorized

A Hertfordshire homelessness charity is appealing for brave residents to take part in a firewalk fundraising event at Croxley Business Park.

Set to take place between 5.30pm and 9pm on Thursday, May 18, the event will raise money to help Herts Young Homeless continue in their mission to help young people sleeping rough.

The firewalk is organised by Scott Bell, two-time Guinness World Record holder for the greatest firewalking distance, and his team.

The UK Firewalking team will give those taking part a safety tutorial before they brave the burning coals.

Registration costs £20 with a minimum fundraising target of £100, with support being given by the fundraising team to help participants reach their target.

This will include a digital fundraising pack and social media kit to help spread the word.
