Gerrards Cross residents have been getting in the festive spirit in the run-up to Christmas.
The community gathered together on Friday, November 18, to enjoy the area’s first-ever Christmas Extravaganza.
Visitors enjoyed a Christmas market featuring more than 30 local artisan traders, street performance art from JN Magic, the mystical snow queen living snow globe, a funfair, the ever-popular Nunn Hayward’s Santa’s Grotto, a DJ, and performances from the St James Church Choir.
Also set to take place this month is the Gerrards Cross Community Association’s (GXCA) annual pantomime.
Jack and the Beanstalk will be taking place at GCXA Memorial Centre on East Common on Wednesday, December 21, and Thursday, December 22, at both 11am and 3pm. Tickets will cost £15 for adults and £10 for children, with a small booking fee.
Those buying tickets will also get exclusive admission to GCXA’s Santa’s Grotto. To book, visit the website or call 01753 883759.
