The Abbots Langley Safer Neighbourhood Team carried out speed awareness operations at the weekend of February 13 in response to feedback on their community voice platform, Echo, about traffic issues and speeding.
Officers have been out and about to visit the areas that have been highlighted on Echo, which are Tom’s Lane, Bedmond Road, Abbots Langley High Street, Gallows Hill Lane and College Road.
A post of Facebook from Three Rivers Police read: “It was good to see road users driving within the speed limit and not committing any road traffic offences. The team are back to it this week, so is there anywhere else you would like to see them focus on?
“You can use our community voice platform ‘Echo’ to let us know what you think we should be prioritising in your area.
“Your feedback will help towards shaping our local policing priorities, initiatives and campaigns. Visit the Abbots Langley Echo page and tell us what you think: bit.ly/police-alangley”
