A Kings Langley-based tech company has kickstarted a project to help keep the village clean for years to come.
Staff from Imagination Technologies recently embarked on their first staff litter pick, a new initiative which will be carried out monthly.
Simon Beresford-Wylie, CEO, Imagination Technologies, said the team are delighted to be getting involved throughout the village and with local charity DENS via their sleepout.
He said:“Imagination is very keen to support the local community. Whether it is working with amazing local charities like DENS or getting out and about in the village and picking up litter. It’s so important to help and support where we can – keep an eye out for us litter picking, you won’t miss us in our high-vis jackets!”
“We’re really pleased to be working with DENS, it’s a truly inspirational charity. A number of our team will be taking part in their Sponsored Sleepout in November to help raise crucial funds to support their life-changing work. Imagination will be fund matching what our people raise, so an extra incentive for them to take part in the Sleepout.”
