A Rickmansworth man has been charged with conspiring to import class A drugs after 100 kilos worth of cocaine was seized at a dock.
The items, thought to be worth £10 million, were discovered at the ports in Newhaven two years ago.
46-year-old Matthew Keating of High Street, Rickmansworth, was arrested on December 2, along with his brother Michael Keating, who lives in Uxbridge.
The following day they both appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates Court and will now appear at a later date at Isleworth Crown Court.
Michael was also charged with the possession of criminal property following a raid on his house which resulted in a discovery of an estimated £100,000.
Border staff discovered the cocaine in November 2019 located inside a refrigerated frozen fish van.
Three others are already facing charges relating to the case and are awaiting trial.
