Thousands of Pinner residents gathered on the High Street for the St George’s Day celebration on Sunday, April 23.
The event was organised by the Pinner Rotary Club to raise funds for local charities and bring the community together.
Guests enjoyed performances from a live band, Morris dancers, the Punch and Judy stall, and the famous wheelbarrow race.
There was also a petting farm, face painting, and rides for the younger children to get involved in.
Rotary member John Whitehead said: “My favourite thing about this event is the community coming together and, of course, watching the wheelbarrow race. The wheelbarrows come down and race through Pinner’s high street over onto the green. We’re raising money for two charities, Harrow Young Carers and Northwick Park Renal Dialysis Unit.”
“Thank you to everyone who has come along today. We have had a good crowd of people, a good community atmosphere, it is very popular with families and the whole community.”
