A basketball team from Hemel Hempstead have qualified for the NBL Division One Playoff Final, after beating their opponents on April 15.
Storm went head-to-head with the Reading Rockets in the semi-finals at the StormDome, scoring 89-86 in a nail-biting match.
The team have been on a winning streak since the start of the season and is on a quest to be unbeatable until the very end.
The top scorers were Taylor Johnson with 26 points, Hakeem Sylla with 17 points, and Sam Newman with 13 points.
A spokesperson for Storm said: “Despite this not being one of Storm’s best performances, it was a thrilling game. A massive credit goes to both sets of supporters who joined together to create a lively atmosphere; one of the loudest that there has been in the StormDome this season.”
Storm played Worthing Thunder at the Playoff Final in Manchester on April 23 as HEMELNews went to print.
