After a three-year hiatus Aldenham Art Festival is back bigger and better than ever.
More than 80 artists drawn from a wide area of Herts, Bucks, Beds and North London will be displaying more than 500 pieces of art.
Art festival organiser Ken Haslar said: “The team of volunteers do sterling work at every stage of the operation, including the provision of homemade cake, tea, coffee and other refreshments, erecting the display boards and hanging the paintings, stewards also provide a warm welcome throughout the weekend.
“The bell ringers will provide a peal of bells to open the festival on the preview night where drinks and canapes are kindly provided by Aldenham Golf & Country Club and the Mayor and Mayoress of Hertsmere will be in attendance.”
The club have added their enormous support to the event and many other local businesses have added their help by advertising in the programme.
