Watford Borough Council is thrilled to be taking part in this year’s Great Big Green Week.
This is a national campaign aimed at educating the public about the many ways in which they can live more sustainably and help fight climate change!
Held between September 18-26, Great Big Green Week will be filled with exciting and informative events, intended to equip residents with the knowledge they need to make positive changes. These events include:
- Free Beryl Bike Day
- Love Your Waste webinar (partnered with Veolia)
- Informative nature tours
- A Great Big Litter Pick
The council will also be creating and distributing a green-living booklet – jam-packed with hints, tips and simple advice on how to make your life more eco-friendly!
