Fans at Wembley Stadium applauded for one minute tonight (Saturday, March 26) in memory of Watford FC fan, Kevin Norman, who died in tragic circumstances last year.
The tribute took place in the 6oth minute of the match for Kevin, who died at the age of 60 last November.
On Monday, November 15, Kevin was on his way to watch the World Cup qualifier between England and San Marino in Venice. Sadly, he died hours before the game and his body was discovered in the Grand Cannal Channel in Venice.
Wembley made plenty of noise in Kevin’s honour as the Three Lions took on Switzerland in a friendly, and the England team’s Twitter account posted a heart-warming message.
