CCTV APPEAL: Police release image following theft of mail in Bushey

Police have released an image of someone they would like to identify following a theft in Bushey.

The incident is believed to have occurred between Monday, May 13, and Friday, May 24. It has been reported that a man entered the communal area of a block of flats in Wellsfield, gained access to a letterbox by causing damage to it, and took mail not belonging to him and without permission.

PC Malgorzata Smigulet, from the Hertsmere Intervention Team, said: “We are releasing this image because we believe the man pictured may have been in the area at the time and could have information to assist our investigation.

“Is this you, or do you recognise the man pictured? Were you in the area at the time and may have seen something that could assist with our enquiries? Please contact me via quoting crime reference 41/42080/24.”
