CARD FRAUD: Woman arrested following theft in Watford

A 39-year-old woman from Watford has been arrested on suspicion of theft and fraud by false representation in connection to the theft of a debit card in the town. 

At just after midnight on Sunday, November 24, a man had his wallet stolen while he was in KFC on St Albans Road.

One of his debit cards was later used three times in Rickmansworth.

Investigators have a woman in custody.
