At around 8am on Saturday, February 27, a black Hyundai Tucson collided with a parked vehicle in Elfrida Road. No-one was injured.

PC Oliver Hughes said: “I’m appealing for anyone who recognises this person to get in touch as we believe he may have information that can help our investigation. If you believe you can help us please get in touch by emailing oliver.hughes@herts.pnn.police.uk.”

You can also report information online at herts.police.uk/report, speak to an operator in the Force Communications Room via the online web chat at herts.police.uk/contact or call the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/14454/21.

Alternatively, you can stay 100 per cent anonymous by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via their untraceable online form at crimestoppers-uk.org.
