A Tring resident says she is “delighted” after winning a regional business award and being named as a finalist for a national award.
Gemma Rabbini owns Coach & Bloom, a personal impact and career coaching service for women. On Thursday, September 19, the company won the Best New Business award at the SME Hertfordshire Business Awards.
The event was held at Pendley Manor in Tring and celebrated the best businesses and owners in Hertfordshire.
Following this success, Coach & Bloom have now been shortlisted for the National SME Awards, the final of which takes place on Friday, December 6.
Gemma told TRINGnews: “It was a lovely evening at Pendley Manor and I was surprised but delighted to win.
“I’ve been running the business for three years and it was a real leap of faith. I identified a gap as I felt many women discounted themselves from opportunities and I wanted to help.
“Since then, the business has done really well. Through lots of conversations, I’ve come to learn that there is something you can do for everyone.”
