A teenager has been arrested following a serious multi-vehicle collision in Croxley earlier this month.
The incident occurred on Winton Drive at 6.35am on Sunday, September 1. Four vehicles were involved, including a black BMW. Police attended the scene, alongside the ambulance service.
One of the occupants of the vehicle – a 19-year-old man – sustained serious and potentially life-changing injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Herts Police have told Croxley News in an update that the 19-year-old driver of the vehicle was arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, driving a motor vehicle dangerously, driving whilst unfit through drink, using a motor vehicle without insurance, and aggravated vehicle taking. He has since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
