A disgruntled mobility scooter user has spoken out about crates blocking a ramp and restricting their access to Kings Langley High Street.
The user, who wishes to remain anonymous, says convenience store SPAR continuously blocks access to the ramp leading down to the pedestrian crossing with delivery crates, making it difficult for them to cross the road.
The resident says they have asked the store to move or remove the crates that block the ramp, and they were “very unfriendly”.
The user added: “Why should they have it on the street? It’s a pedestrian street.
“It looks awful and untidy. I can’t get past and it’s always blocked.”
SPAR has been contacted for comment.
