A choir that has won multiple awards throughout its storied 40+ years of history is set to perform at St Mary’s Church in Rickmansworth.
It what promises to be an evening of seasonal song, the ‘Midsummer Music’ concert will take place on Saturday, June 18 at 7:30pm. Tickets will cost £12 for adults, £10 for seniors and £7 for children with those under the age of five going free.
The choir, which originated from the school choir at Kingsbury School in Brent, London in the 1980s, has seen a lot of success in the last two decades, ever since musical director Sarah Stroh took over in 1999.
This includes several top prizes for at performing arts festivals, being broadcast live on both BBC Radio 3 and Classic FM and even providing backing vocals for some top artists, including BRIT-award-winning vocalists Blake and the legendary Barry Manilow.
