N&L Recruiting, who are based in Hemel Hempstead, have decided to reduce their rates for people who are in urgent need of childcare, as well as offering the same to NHS staff free of charge due to the recent coronavirus outbreak.
Natally Hance, a director at N&L Recruiting, said: “We decided to offer our services free of charge to NHS staff as they are out on the front line with no choice to go into work.
“If we can remove the stress of helping them find childcare and not charging for this they will be able to continue to provide imperative services to the many people that will need it.”
Based in Hemel Hempstead, the company have set up an emergency nanny list.
Natally continued: “We have several people from all over the UK asking for our help. It’s important to mention that the nannies themselves will of course need paying by the parents, we however are not charging any fee for finding, referencing and providing the nannies.
“I really believe that at a time like this, everyone should pull together and help where they can. I have seen many businesses offering services to help the vulnerable and if we all stick together, we will get through this.”
