The 60s-Allstars will return to Amersham for a charity music night on Friday, March 31.

Alan Lovell and Peter Oakman from The Swinging Blue Jeans, Mick Avory from The Kinks and Steve Oakman from Vanity Fare will perform music from the 60s, 70s and 80s at the White Eagle Club on Raans Road.

The evening will raise money for Breast Cancer Now, Alzheimer’s Society, and South Bucks Hospice through ticket sales and a raffle.

The raffle prizes include an electric guitar donated by BCM Entertainment, tickets for Aylesbury Waterside Theatre, a two-course meal for four at The Kings Arms, and a bottle of champagne from The Saracens.

There will also be an auction for a Rock ‘n’ Royal sightseeing tour for up to six people.

This will be the eighth time the charity music event has taken place.

Speaking about the band, Shirley said: “They always get the crowd on the dancefloor and the audience participating – everyone has a lovely time.”

Tickets cost £20 and must be purchased in advance by calling 07757 672610.
