An amazing opportunity presented itself last month to three students from Stagecoach Performing Arts Schools across Hertfordshire, as they had an unbelievable experience of appearing on the BBC as part of Children in Need.
Nine-year-old Ethan from Stagecoach Radlett smashed his audition alongside his two fellow students from other branches, 11-year-old Anna-Lucia and 11-year-old Sophia were all chosen to appear in two of the Mini Me sketches.
All three students had an unforgettable time on the BBC Eastenders set, and BBC News set, with Ethan playing a mini-Billy from Eastenders, Sophia secured the role as a mini-Sophie Raworth from BBC News, and Anna-Lucia was cast as a mini-Kat Slater on Eastenders.
Speaking to RADLETTnews, Principal Miriam Leary-White said: “The students said it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
“Sophia, Ethan, and Anna-Lucia were so excited, and we were all excited for them too, I think it made our year.
“It was such a lovely opportunity for our students to show off the wonderful things we do at our Stagecoach Schools and really highlight the experiences we offer.
“They were all absolutely brilliant and we are so proud of them. Not just for their amazing performances but also for so generously giving their time for such a worthy cause.”
