Bushey residents are invited to attend the return of the Bushey Fun Dog Show after it was put on hold due to the pandemic.
The popular event, organised by Friends of King George, sees owners put their dogs through their passes across 10 classes including the prettiest bitch and handsomest hound.
Rosettes are awarded to the top five in each class and the class winner will receive a bumper goody bag. Winners of each class go through to the Best in Show.
Nik Oakley, spokesperson for the show, said: “Bushey’s dog population increased enormously during lockdown, so we are really looking forward to many more dogs and their owners joining us. Bushey has a great dog-owning community, and it comes together once a year for a bit of friendly rivalry whether it be a pedigree pooch or a Romanian rescue.”
The show takes place on Sunday, June 26, in King George Recreation Ground from 12-3. Registration is from 11am.
