RMBI Care Co. Home Prince Michael of Kent Court in Watford has been recognised as a ‘Top 20 Care Home’ in the East of England with a current review score of 10/10.
The award highlights the most recommended care home providers in the UK. Scores are based on reviews and recommendations received on www.carehome.co.uk, a leading care home review website with over 15 million visits per year and over 300,000 reviews by residents and their loved ones.
Home manager at Prince Michael of Kent Court Beverley Roberts said: “We’re thrilled to be recognised as a ‘Top 20 Home’ in our local area. Our residents mean the world to us and we feel proud and privileged to do what we do.
“We couldn’t have achieved this award without our wonderful team, who go over and above every day to support the residents within our care.”
A son of a resident said: “The moment I entered Prince Michael of Kent Court, I felt I wasn’t in a care home. I would liken it more to a warm and welcoming cozy rural hotel. How they have created such a family-feeling atmosphere, I don’t know exactly, but it feels like a “home” to me, not a facility.
“I dreaded having to move my mum into a care home, but since being there she has settled in wonderfully. She seems happier than before and is always dressed in nice, clean clothes, and she loves the food!”
RMBI Care Co. Home Prince Michael of Kent Court, run by RMBI Care Co, is part of the Masonic Charitable Foundation.
