RO Group has announced that WOW! Stuff, the award-winning toy innovation company, has moved into a newly refurbished office at GNR8, 49 Clarendon Road, Watford.

Founded in 2006 by Richard North, Kenny McAndrew, and Dr Graeme Taylor, WOW! Stuff is known for creating toys in partnership with leading entertainment brands such as Disney, Marvel, Universal, and Warner Bros. The company has gained international recognition for its product innovation, particularly in the fast-growing ‘Puppetronics’ category. Earlier this year, WOW! Stuff became the first British company to win the USA Toy of the Year award with its Disney Stitch Puppetronic by RealFX.

The building features open-plan workspaces, quiet zones, informal and bookable meeting rooms, outdoor areas, and wellness facilities, including secure bike storage, showers, a nursing room, and a Fitwel 3-star rating—the highest standard for healthy workplaces.

Ed Davidson, asset management director at RO Real Estate, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome WOW! Stuff to GNR8. Their innovation and global outlook align perfectly with the vibrant community we’re building here.

“GNR8’s refurbishment reflects RO’s wider commitment to investing in our portfolio and maintaining the highest standards of workspace, including achieving a prestigious Fitwel 3-star rating, the very highest level of accreditation for healthier workplaces.

“Combined with its exceptional amenities, central Clarendon Road location, and excellent transport links, the building is a great example of how Watford continues to attract ambitious companies.”
