Chalfont St Peter had an afternoon to forget yesterday as they went down 3-0 at the league leaders Hanwell Town.
After falling behind from a corner after 7 minutes, Chalfont slipped further behind after the break and their misery was complete when Maja made it 3-0.
After the game, manager Finlay Johnson was in defiant mood on social media.
He tweeted: “Let the haters hate, let those that doubt us do so. We’ll prove them all wrong, best you believe it.”
Chalfont St Peter AFC are next in action away at Westfield in the Velocity Trophy on Tuesday.
