A family is reopening a much-loved café in Chipperfield, Kings Langley.
Croxley resident Natalie Reynolds, and her siblings Lexi Panayi and Chris Panayi, are welcoming back the “legendary” Chipperfield Larder.
Twenty years ago, the café became part of the family when the trio’s mum Angela and her friend Annie turned their love for cooking into a business.
As teenagers, the siblings remember working as Saturday staff and “making memories of chatting with locals and regulars”.
Many residents were devasted by the café’s closure in 2022.
Now renamed Pani Coffee and Kitchen after their beloved father who sadly passed away, Natalie, Lexi and Chris are hoping the site will provide locals with “somewhere for the whole community”.
Not only is community spirit important, but the café is also focusing on reducing food waste.
Speaking to CROXLEYnews, the siblings shared: “We want it to be a home away from home, where the person behind the counter knows your coffee order and it becomes somewhere people can go daily.”
