Two men have been charged with affray and are in police custody following an assault in which a man was stabbed in South Oxhey.
Officers were called to Little Oxhey Lane at 3.20pm on Thursday, May 4. A man had reportedly been hit by a vehicle and then stabbed.
Upon the arrival of emergency services on the scene, the victim was taken to hospital. Though he had suffered serious injuries, they are not thought to be life-threatening.
Three men aged 33, 36 and 51 were subsequently arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
Now, Thomas McDonagh, 36, of Hemel Hempstead, has been charged with affray and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
Simon McDonagh, 33, of Naas Lane, Gloucester, has also been charged with affray.
Both have been remanded into custody.
The third individual has been released on police bail while the investigation continues.
