Detectives have arrested two people following an incident in Watford yesterday (Thursday) where a 23 year old man suffered stab injuries to his wrist.
Officers have today arrested a 17 year old boy and 19 year old man in connection with the incident. They remain in police custody at this time.
The victim remains in hospital.
