A Ruislip care company is celebrating after being declared ‘five-star employers’ through an anonymous survey.
Staff at Home Instead Ruislip & Harrow have praised the businesses’ supported leadership and high-quality training opportunities.
The survey was organised by independent employee engagement experts WorkBuzz, who sent it to the company’s entire workforce.
The company scored a 95 in employee engagement, with 96 per cent of care professionals saying they would recommend Home Instead as a great place to work, and 98 per cent saying their job gives them the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
Home Instead Ruislip & Harrow owner Caroline Hart said: “I’m very grateful to know that our care professionals obviously feel supported and valued and are happy in what they’re doing.
“Their dedication and hard work is inspiring, and it means an awful lot that their opinions have enabled us to win this five-star award.”
Caroline is now calling for more people to come and join the team at the home, where there are currently 20 vacancies at the site in professional care.
