UPDATE: Man in 30s dies after falling from multi-storey car park in Hemel Hempstead

UPDATE 3.38pm: Police have confirmed that a man has sadly passed away after falling from a multi-storey car park at the Marlowes Shopping Centre.

His family is aware and the case has been passed to the coroner.

King Harry Street and Selden Hill were closed to allow emergency services to work at the scene and reopened just before 12.55pm.

Hertfordshire Police are investigating after a man fell from the multi-storey car park at The Marlowes Shopping Centre in Hemel Hempstead this morning/Friday.

Emergency crews were called to King Harry Street at around 9.30am.

King Harry Street and Selden Hill were closed to allow the police and paramedics to work at the scene.

Members of the public were asked to avoid the area.

Hertfordshire Police are asking anyone who witnessed the person fall to contact them on 101, quoting reference ISR 178 of 23 August.
