A drug dealer from Chalfont St Peter has avoided jail.
Tommy Taylor, of Layters End, was given a suspended sentence and ordered to do 150 hours unpaid work after he admitted to two counts of dealing on July 19.
At Amersham Law Courts it was heard how police raided his mother’s home in 2019 where 283 grams of cannabis with a value of £2,700 was found.
Police also found £2,280 in cash as well as a small amount of cocaine.
Messages on Taylor’s phones also indicated he was involved in street dealing.
However, Taylor was again involved in drugs in 2021 when three bags of cannabis, worth an estimated £90, along with £1,615 in cash, was found by police.
At sentencing the judge told Taylor: “Your youth gives the court some hope of rehabilitation, you don’t get youth as a personal mitigation much further into your 20s.”
