The 27 young swimmers from the club competed in the championships which were split over three weekends in Luton and Norwich.
Competing against other strong swimmers across the region, Watford returned home with nun medals, beating their performance from the 2022 championships.
Matt Aldred secured a hattrick of medals taking home gold in the 50-metre fly, 100-metre fly and achieved a bronze medal in the 200-metre fly.
Karson Chan collected two medals taking an impressive gold in 50m breaststroke and bronze in the 100m breaststroke. Cailin Hehir took silver in the 1,500-metre freestyle. Bronze medals went to Ben Taggart in the 50-metre breaststroke, Constantine Calliafas in the 800-metre freestyle and Will Rogers in the 50-metre backstroke.
A spokesperson for the club said under the pressure of the championships the swimmers excelled.
They said: “All of our 27 swimmers did tremendously well to qualify for the East Regional Championships. The competition was extremely tough this year, so the club is delighted to return home with nine medals and a high number of personal best times.”
