Michael Sobell House is hosting its annual plant sale to raise money for the charity and its work at Mount Vernon Hospital in Northwood.
The Gardening Team at Michael Sobell House are pleased to announce that this year’s Annual Plant Sale will take place on Saturday, May 10. Each year, the event raises around £1,500 and includes a raffle and delicious homemade cakes baked by volunteers.
Residents can support the event in several ways. Green-fingered locals can donate plants, whether flowers, vegetables, or indoor plants, and local garden centres can also contribute.
A spokesperson for the charity shared on their Facebook page: “Even if you can’t donate, come along, grab some gorgeous plants, enjoy some cake, and support a wonderful cause!”
